Join BIMA's Innovation Council & friends in our quarterly virtual Innovation Exchange. It’s an open forum to openly discuss areas of interest, spark new ideas and share learnings for you and your organisations.
Throughout 2023, we’ll be focusing on the four stages of the innovation process:

Q2: Getting Buy-in
Q3: Test & Learn
Q4: Scaling Innovation
Each session, we invite you to co-create our BIMA Innovation Playbook, which will be shared with the wider BIMA community at the end of the year.
On January 18th, our focus is The Big Idea, covering topics including:
- What are some of the different approaches to the idea process?
- How do you know you’re solving the right problem?
- How much is this just jumping on trends?
Ahead of the event, you’ll receive an invite to join the virtual Mural whiteboard and view the full list of questions we’ll be discussing during January’s Innovation Exchange.
