Join the BSME head of digital and editor-in-chief of GLAMOUR Deborah Joseph for a conversation with the award-winning broadcaster and journalist Emma Barnett. By day, Emma presents Woman’s Hour on BBC Radio 4 and by night, Newsnight on BBC Two. She has been named speech broadcaster of the year by the Radio Academy and is known for her big-hitting interviews with key figures shaping our times - from Prime Ministers and politicians to Sharon Stone and The Duchess of Cornwall.

She is also a huge advocate for women’s health equality. Her book "It’s About Bloody Time. Period." aims to demystify periods and smash the shame and stigma we have about so many areas of women’s health and menstruation. And to share some of the funniest period stories previously untold until now.

Emma wrote it after her personal experience of suffering from endometriosis for 21 years before being diagnosed.

Come and hear Emma talk about her journalism career thus far and how to master your own interviewing skills. We look forward to seeing you for another exciting and insightful BSME Live!
