We breathe all day without giving it a single thought, but do we understand the real power of mindful respiration?

For 2020 its all about revitalisation and exploring new tools for the mind, body and soul. Kicking off our 2020 programme we have breathwork and meditation Coach Michael McCaffrey. He shares his personal journey of wellbeing and how meditative breathing techniques have transformed his life.

We look at the impressive Wim Hof Method which enables more energy, reduced stress levels, and an augmented immune system response that swiftly deals with pathogens. There will be a live group breathwork session during the talk, which tunes into the rhythm of our lungs, becoming consciously aware of your breath that can be used as a tool to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Join us from 6pm for alcohol-free drinks, snacks and creative networking.
