A panel talk with two mentors and their mentee's about the importance of career mentorship for both sides.
Following our theymadehershine.com Valentines campaign where we sent loving messages from women to anyone who had helped them progress in their career, we are now hosting a panel talk to discuss the importance of career mentorship. And how to find a mentor.
On our fabulous panel we have:
Zoe Scaman - Founder at Bodacious
Charlotte Rubesa - Communication Strategist at 72andSunny
Adeline Chong - Strategic Design Director / Co-founder of Illogical Drinks & Mary
Katja Alissa Mueller - Design Lead at AllBright
Some of the topic we will cover:
• how did you meet, and at what stage in your career were you.
• Why did you feel like you needed a mentor/wanted to become a mentor?
• What have you both gained from your relationship?
• What are some of the main topics you discuss in your mentorship?
• How would you advise approaching someone and asking them for advice/mentorship?
• How has your mentoring been affected by lockdown?
• How would you advise approaching someone and asking them for advice/mentorship?
• What other platforms than our own Who's Your Momma programs are out there.
