A short film about a Syrian refugee boy and his mother, far from home, settled in London. They only have each other and even that is now under threat.

Join us for an exclusive online preview of the award-winning short film Adnan followed by a Q&A with the directors Mark Arrigo and Steven Chatterton, and lead actors Ayham and Raghad Chaar - in partnership with Help Refugees.

All funds raised from this event will go towards supporting the 120 projects Help Refugees support in 14 countries, providing everything from food to nappies, search and rescue boats, legal support and schools. You can find more about the campaign here.

Message from the filmmakers:
We want this film to tell a human story, far from politics, of a boy trying to heal his mother from the damage caused by a war they never asked for. We hope it will contribute to a message of choosing love over seeing difference. A film that breaks down barriers and reminds us that we’re all just people. Thank you for choosing love.
