With the success of our first two sell-out networking nights, we're bringing back the much needed and enjoyed industry event, Connecting Creatives. Now things are returning to 'normal', we thought there was no better time to bring you a new, colourful and fun way to network! We're creating a space for you to creatively connect, twisting old-school networking GoodBadMad style.

We have some exciting partners lined up so keep an eye on our channels to hear the next list of industry professionals! This Connecting Creatives event is aimed at those of you in theatre, so whether you’re a writer, performer, director or producer you won’t want to miss this night of networking.

After a year of Zoom calls and online events, we are so eager to get you back into a room with each other to fully aid your career growth, and help you find new creative teams and opportunities.

FIRST PARTNER ANNOUNCED: Tara Theatre

Tara Theatre creates innovative, politically charged theatre harnessing the power of co-creation. Their work explores the complexities of our world through a South Asian lens, championing South Asian voices and artists, identifying new narratives, new ideas and new forms.

SECOND PARTNER ANNOUNCED: Backstage Theatre Collective

The Backstage Theatre Collective is an interactive website (https://backstagetheatrecollective.com) that provides vital information on a wide variety of topics, all carefully curated onto one platform. Their website explores opportunities within theatre, inspiring videos and interviews from industry professionals and in-depth job role research with useful diagrams and templates. Not only this, but tips on education and opportunities for progression, as well as early career advice for young professionals.

THIRD PARTNER ANNOUCED: TheatreCraft

TheatreCraft - the UK’s largest free careers event for anyone aged 16-30 seeking off-stage roles in theatre - is back for 2021! Like most things, TheatreCraft will look a little bit different this year; for the first time ever, the event will take place in-person and online, via the Whova app. Whether you join us from the Royal Opera House’s Linbury Theatre, or from the comfort of your own home, we will be bringing you a day full of:

- Exclusive talks
- Q&A sessions
- Networking opportunities
- Plus a ‘virtual marketplace’ of universities, theatres & other leading organisations
