This online short course will look at the steps to design and implement effective influencer marketing strategies. You will learn about effective planning, creative strategies, building brand partnerships, and monitoring and measuring the success of influencer marketing campaigns.

The course is organised in association with the Branded Content Marketing Association (BCMA) to support marketing professionals. This online short course is for junior staff working in marketing communication agencies, talent agencies, in-house marketing departments or freelance marketing and consultancy work who are seeking to develop or support influencer marketing campaigns. Speakers include Gordon Glenister, Head of Influencer Marketing at BCMA and LCC staff, Dr. Sevil Yesiloglu and Prof. Jonathan Hardy.

You will learn about:

Effective strategies: the role of influencers in marketing strategies; current case studies and examples.
Brand relationships: building meaningful relationships between influencers and brands. Paid and affiliate arrangements
Creative content: production and promotion
Measuring success: social media tracking tools; key performance indicators
