We’re back because we know this time of year can be challenging. We're coming together as a community of like-minded creative thinkers to make a difference, to you and support each other with ideas and advice on this topic.

Research has shown that feeling better inside makes you kinder to the world outside. We can all change the world. The first step is self-care, becoming get empowered + then taking actions. Feel better, do better: it's a no-brainer.

Speakers + more to be announced

Michael Townsend Williams - a doer who likes to be. From a life of ‘doing’ in the world of advertising to a life of ‘being’ as a yoga and mindfulness teacher, Michael now works on the integration of both. Michael founded Do Breathe, the welldoing company and is author of the book ‘Do Breathe'

Valerie Winn - a certified coach, educationalist, and group well-being facilitator. She is passionate about creating an environment where individuals are empowered to become self-directed and are able to unlock their capacity to release their hidden capabilities.

John-Paul Flintoff - a writer, performer, activist, and an award-winning journalist, who worked for 15 years for the Financial Times and The Sunday Times. His most recent book, How To Change The World, was published in 14 languages worldwide, in collaboration with The School of Life, in London.

Ariana Alexander-Sefre - an activist, entrepreneur and a Founder & Co-CEO of SPOKE (spoke.world) - a mindfulness app that sits in the intersection between music street culture and wellness + makes emotonal health more accessible to those who are missing out or need it the most, through working with a community of notable UK artists, producers, and creatives.

Chrissy Levett - creative director - founder of Creative Conscience, designer, educator and positive creative activist. Watch her ideas on wellbeing, here.
