Join creative founders to explore the importance of time management and balancing healthy habits when starting your own business

About this event
This guest talk forms part of UAL's Creative Futures, a 12-month programme of business support, training and mentoring for young creatives (18-25) living in South London.
Join the UAL Creative Futures team along with guest speaker Samantha Newell, Co-Founder of YARD+PARISH, who will share what it's like to be self-employed and run your own business. In this discursive event, we will explore approaches and tools for time management and building your venture from a foundation of healthy habits.
Find out how to prioritise and allocate time to tasks and goals, identify and mitigate against your limiting factors, whilst acknowledging and redefining the concept of 'productivity'.
There will be short presentations and an open Q&A as part of the event.
