After 20+ years working in International roles in the field of HR, Talent Development and Leadership Coaching, she founded Susan Manning Consultancy. Having worked in several industries including US multi-nationals, and in roles such as International HR Director, Susan has first-hand experiences leading remote teams and supporting Business Leaders in Asia, Asia-Pacific, Europe and EMEA. Susan’s work experience has afforded her a keen understanding of the challenges Leaders and Team Dynamics are now facing in the rapid changing, complex organisations.
