Her 20 years of diverse experience includes; hiking alone and unsupported for days in the US whilst on chemotherapy; freediving to 90ft on one breath; running her own consultancy; working for years in central government communications - including directly with Gordon Brown; and coaching CEOs and corporate professionals. She is a speaker and executive coach with a difference, and currently works with those who are feeling stuck, helping them to find fulfilment.
