Organised by The British Independent Film Awards (BIFA)
Suitable for HODs and anyone with hiring responsibilities in the screen industries, this course will offer an in-depth look at current and traditional recruitment practices and their varying impacts on diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. Participants will then learn how they can implement fairer, more robustly meritocratic recruitment policies in their own organisations, and help to build a better future for the industry as a whole.
