Matthew Knight is an independent strategist - he helps businesses to figure out what to do next. He has been self-employed in various forms for over 20 years, as a small business owner, as a freelancer, working with freelancers and hiring freelancers - and has lived experience of depression and poor mental health. He is a single father of two, and lives in West London.
