- Nadia Dashti - Nadia has worked in the recruitment industry for 14 years and has placed hundreds of technology professionals into financial firms. 9 years ago she co-founded - a specialist recruitment agency that places technology staff into financial services and now has over 70 staff in London, New York and San Francisco. 2 years ago she headed up their non finance division to start their sister organisation North Starr which places technology and sales staff into ecommerce, digital and media sectors. She has a passion for helping people make the right career choices and succeed in their interviews, promotions, salary reviews and project meetings. She was names in the Women in Fintech Powerlist in the Senior Leaders category in 2018 and featured in the list in 2017.
