To mark five years since their Friday Late takeover, this month we’re teaming up again with online and print magazine gal-dem.

//

Entry to Friday Late is included when you book a free, timed ticket to the museum – or you can walk-up without a ticket, but if we're busy you may need to wait.

//

Political movements, the climate crisis, and the global pandemic have all provided tectonic shifts in the ways we live our lives as we enter the 2020s. This Friday Late, we are asking you to remake with us, using your hands, minds and imagination to radically change the times we live in. What can we learn from creatives centering sustainability in their practice, and what power can we draw from returning to design, craft, and art? How can we seek joy through music, mending, and making, and what can we do individually to create a future we want to see? As we welcome a new Roaring Twenties, join us to remake for a new decade.

//

All events are free and places are designated on a first-come, first-served basis unless stated otherwise.
All our exhibitions will be open at Friday Late - book your tickets in advance.

//

Filming and photography will take place at this event. If you have any access requirements, please let us know in advance by emailing disability@vam.ac.uk.
