In support of the recent happenings of the Black Lives Matter movement, we are joining forces with Work Me Shape Me, F45 Stratford, Wellspoken and Y hangry to bring you a jam-packed morning of learning, movement, and deliciousness whilst contributing to a good cause!
Price of the event is ‘give what you wish’ on the day. 100% of the proceeds will go towards a charity to fight against inequality and racism.
