That’s why we’ve partnered with the brilliant team at Paradym, the world's first emotional identity app, to host a series of monthly workshops designed to help you deepen your self-awareness, break negative patterns and boost your mental and emotional wellbeing. They’ll be leading us through a holistic process of psychological coaching, informed by cutting-edge research, that will cover the app's five core pillars: Aware, Love, Success, Body and Identity, which will run monthly from October 21st.
