Carlos is responsible for partnering with agency strategist across APAC to help them and their clients get the most value out of the Facebook family of apps. Prior to joining Facebook, he was head of strategy at DDB Singapore. He has also been a strategist in a media agency (Carat) and a comms planning agency (Naked). He is half-Thai / half-Peruvian, grew up in the UK and now calls Singapore home.
