Our speakers will be Michael Coden and Sophia Lauricella
Michael has over 10 years’ experience at Unilever, developing new product concepts for globally recognized brands across their Personal Care division. He is responsible for creating the biggest product launch of the last decade for AXE/ LYNX bodyspray, and has created impactful new products across the US, UK and Australasian regions. Michael believes strong commercial business objectives are crucial to innovation, enabling marketers to ensure greater sales returns.
Sophia is the Senior Manager of Innovation at Heineken USA, where she specialises in building concepts into contemporary brands. Her goal is to consistently create the 'next big drink', and she was fundamental in creating Heinekens latest product venture, the highly successful, Bask IPA Seltzer. Over her career, Sophia has helped plenty of other household names in the spirit market form valuable product concepts, from Bombay Sapphire to Grey Goose.
