Aimee is a psychologist with over 15 years experience working in mental health and wellbeing in a range of organisations across different industries. Before training as a psychologist Aimee worked as a HR Director specialising in employee wellbeing and employee relations in the private and public sectors. Aimee provides psychological services
to Google and has worked with a range of clients including banking, finance, professional services and media.

Nicola Sedgwick - Quality Coach at Cazoo
Nicole is a senior leader within the engineering team and a well-respected thought leader in the Agile and QA communities. She’ll be talking about the importance of establishing a mental wellbeing focus in the workplace where it’s ok to say that you’re not ok. She also has an amazing personal story to share about using her Fitbit to track her stress levels.

Brian Henderson - Founder, Whole Business Wellness Limited
Brian founded Whole Business Wellness in 2020 to provide multi-disciplinary wellness services to organisations using AI, yoga, mindfulness, design thinking and 30 years of business leadership experience to build wellness management capabilities at individual, team and organizational level. Brian is a governor of The Women’s Foundation, an NGO promoting gender equality in Hong Kong. He was co-founding Chair of the Male Allies initiative and was recognised for this as the 2017 American Chamber of Commerce Champion for the Advancement of Women.
