The way we work may have changed, but video remains as popular as ever. Being able to produce short videos on your own will give you the freedom and power to say what you want, when you want, using the medium that people want. The brilliance of smartphones means that creating video is easy. But how do you ensure your videos stand out for their quality and content?

Whether you’re interested in creating videos for business or pleasure, BBC-trained video journalist Rob Glass will show you how to embrace the power of storytelling and produce superb videos simply and effectively with your smartphone.

You will learn how to create engaging video from scratch using your smartphone’s video functions, without the need for expensive equipment or editing programmes. During the course you will create video footage, and you will receive expert feedback from Rob throughout the class.

Suitable for people who have little to no experience in video filming or editing, who have a modern Apple or Android phone – or even a tablet – this masterclass presents an unmissable opportunity to produce captivating content with the one device you always have to hand.

This online workshop is one of the first of our the new, exciting range of digital masterclasses that we are offering. In this live online workshop, you will have the opportunity to engage in real time with our brilliant course tutors, as well as other participants - with additional pre and post-course support from our learning team.
