Join us in The Hub for ‘How to Take Up Space…’ - a special intimate evening with practical takeaways and insider tips from Pembe Tokluhan, 22 year old entrepreneur and inspirational CEO of Petok Productions - a women, trans and non-binary led production company recognising women, trans and non-binary people working behind the scene, screens and lens.
Pembe is a multidisciplinary backstage creative, specialising in live audio, stage, production and tour management,with a background in youth work, public speaking and diversity consultancy.
As a youth worker, in the last 8 years they have worked with LEAP, Barnardos, YUAF, The Crib, Immediate Theatre and Hackney Pride 365 to name a few. As a public speaker they have worked with the MET (Metropolitan Police), TVP (Thames Valley Police), Barnardos, LEAP and a few more organisations. Focusing on areas around exploitation, Gangs, Imprisonment and ACE's (Adverse Childhood Experiences).
