What is the ‘I’m not chasing unpaid invoices’ campaign about?
If you’re a freelancer you’ll understand how frustrating it can be when a client does not pay on time or does not pay at all. Unpaid invoices is an issue that affects creatives not only financially but also harms their wellbeing and their focus to the project. This issue has been discussed widely within the freelance communities. But, one thing that was always missing was a solution for freelancers, something they can use in their daily lives to make a big difference in the way that they get paid.
What is Wishu doing about this?
We at Wishu are constantly innovating and acting to challenge companies to pay freelancers on time.
#1 Offering a payment solution: We released a payment system called Wishu Pay. Wishu Pay protects freelancers by locking clients funds in a secure escrow system and releasing the funds to the freelancer after the project.
#2 Offering advice content: The content focused on how they can protect their freelance business from any unpaying clients. As well as a partnership with an Insurance provider Superscript, that offers protection against unpaying clients.
We wanted to push even further and push out a campaign ‘I’M NOT CHASING UNPAID INVOICES” where we outline how freelancers can act on this important issue.
