About Suzy Chan
Suzy Chan is a graphic designer from Macau, China, now working with international clients from all over the world. Suzy specialises in graphic language exploration, design in the cultural sector, branding, and product design. She continued to research beyond her studies across borders and worked on home accessories product making in China based on her cultural experience and local supplier. The experience of these commercial factories led her to draft a two-year personal research project “made in China”, which focuses on the neglected issues behind this “economic miracle”, which mainly includes these factory practitioners children’s education and emotional problems.

Workshop Information
Cooking up a Poster invites participants to show off their signature dish through a visual language. Immerse yourself in Suzy’s unique way of working and thinking, bringing cooking preparations into the creative process. Participants will be encouraged to start their work in an analogue way for typography and image making, before bringing it together into a poster to be presented at an end of workshop feast!
