According to a LinkedIn survey of 9,000 talent leaders and hiring managers around the world, the number one global recruiting trend was diversity.

Diversity hiring isn’t a trend — it’s a smart way to do business in the global market. A diversified workforce is more than just an item to be checked off a list — it's a real competitive advantage.

According to research, diverse companies:

- Have 19% higher revenue (reported by Boston Consulting Group)
- Are 1.7 times more likely to be innovation leaders in their market (according to Josh Bersin)
- Are 70% more likely to capture a new market (statistic by Harvard Business Review)

In this lunchtime session, we'll be joined by Dr Nancy Roberts to explore how to attract diverse talent to your organisation and share some tips and tricks to help your reach great people and build an inclusive talent pool.

About Escape the City

We’re on a mission to help one million people to do work that matters to them and the world. Not just to find more fulfilling work but create it too. Online and offline we’ve seen first-hand the incredible power in connecting likeminded, motivated, passionate people with purposeful organisations.

Whether it’s a small step or a brave leap, we’ve learned that amazing outcomes and inspiring change is best achieved together.

We want to wake people up to what work can really look like. To careers built on freedom, passion, autonomy, fulfilment, and purpose. To more connected and more meaningful lives. To 21st Century Careers and organisations, built on their terms, not someone else’s.

We’re doing it because we believe a million more people doing work that matters to them will change the world.
