Come learn how you as an employer or future employer can build a people-led inclusive and supportive work place.

UAL's Graduate Incubation Programme is delighted to welcome Ama Afrifa-Tchie, a Diversity and Inclusion expert.
Ama will host a talk on the importance of creating/embedding inclusive company culture in early-stage creative companies. She will focus on how to improve employee experience across their professional lifecycle while prioritising diversity and inclusion.
This talk is for employers and anyone who plans to build a team in the future.
This talk is being delivered as part of the StART Entrepreneurship Project (StART). StART is a collaboration between the Royal Northern College of Music, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (CSSD) and University of the Arts London (UAL) to support the professional development of students within the creative arts.
