nspiration is an interesting concept. Throughout history, humans have been baffled by it and where it comes from - often citing gods, muses, energy and other mystical material as its source. Nowadays, many modern theories of inspiration have emerged, including the theory of action, which states that in order to be inspired, you must do just that: 'act'.
In this webinar you will be given a whistle-stop tour through these theories, exploring 'inspiration' misconceptions, realities and more, including a few fun practical exercises to get the creative juices flowing. You'll come away with more of a thorough grounding in what inspiration is, and a range of practical ideas and ways in which you can rediscover or tap into inspiration when you need it the most - whether it's for business or creative endeavors!

With Aine and Shannon of The Reluctant Gurus. Are two young women who believe that creativity is key to living a better and more fulfilling life. Based in Ireland, they regularly work across the world hosting wellness workshops focusing on creativity, mindfulness, career, and relationships.
AINE
Aine is a communications expert who has worked all around the world with organisations such as the UN. An environmental advocate and meditation teacher, she is founder of sustainable living and travel website Eco Conscious Traveller.
SHANNON
With a masters in visual anthropology from Oxford University, Shannon is a full-time content creator and workshop facilitator. She has worked for world-leading organisations such as the Victoria & Albert Museum and her workshops have been featured on media such as RTE News.
