Trailblazers in their industries, hear from an impressive panel of businesswomen hosted by Renée Saliba, Co-Founder of Lethally Her (@lethallyher). Renée is set to be joined by best-selling author and illustrator, Florence Given (@florencegiven); Co-Founder of award-winning creative agency paq (@paq.works), Chiamaka Ojechi; Founder of TTYA London (@ttyalondon), Irene Agbontaen; and Co-Founder and CEO of Rotaro (@rotaro), Georgie Hyatt.

About Renée Saliba, Co-Founder of Lethally Her

Renée is a multidisciplinary creative, and founder of Lethally Her. Renée's creative career spans 10 years of working with brands in the fashion and media space on creative design. Her journey so far has allowed her to work with brands such as Nike, Adidas, Hypebeast, Urban Outfitters, and Ksubi.

Founded in 2020, Lethally Her is a community-focused brand that provides content, events, and products that help women find the sweet spot between health and hustle. With their niche community of female creators and business entrepreneurs, Lethally Her is renowned for quality products with a unique point of view - distinctly prioritising wellness over chasing purpose.

About Florence Given

Florence Given (she/her) is a 24-year-old Sunday Times Best-Selling, record-breaking author and an award-winning influencer. With the launch of her record-breaking debut book ‘Women Don’t Owe You Pretty’ Florence became the youngest author to hold a position in the top 5 of the Sunday Times bestseller list for a consecutive 12 weeks in a row. The book has sold over 190,000 copies, spent a total of 28 weeks in the bestseller list and has been acquired for translation into 14 languages.

Florence’s work confronts oppressive attitudes towards women and their bodies and she uses her platform to raise awareness of issues surrounding sexuality, consent, race and gender.

Florence’s own merchandising range features her slogans and illustrations on T-shirts, phone cases, totes and prints. Florence has collaborated with numerous global brands as both a commissioned illustrator as well as the face of numerous billboard campaigns.

Florence's debut novel Girlcrush was released in August 2022 via Brazen, Octopus. The book immediately went to Number One on the Sunday Times' Bestseller list.

About Chiamaka Ojechi

Chiamaka Ojechi, Creative Director and Co-Founder of paq; a Black-owned strategic creative agency based in Brixton, London. paq stands for ‘purpose, authenticity and quality'; the DNA from their origin and the source that enables the team to boldly push the boundaries of creativity.

As a Black woman and a business owner, Chiamaka empowers her community through access and insight with a focus on protecting space for the next gen. With trainers on her feet, Chiamaka’s approach has been eclectically crafted through academic roots in graphic design and typography as well as her Nigerian heritage.

Starting in Chiamaka’s early 20s, over the past eight years paq has purposefully grown whilst serving their community and clients that include Nike, Spotify and Converse. Chiamaka has transitioned into a Cultural Consultant and creator that adds value through her unique perspective and experiences.

About Georgie Hyatt

Georgie Hyatt is the Co-Founder & CEO of Rotaro, the leading fashion rental platform for luxury brands. Recognised as a Drapers 30 Under 30 and thought leader in her industry, Georgie was the first to bring fashion rental directly to brands, spearheading the circular economy boom.

About Irene Agbontaen

Irene Agbontaen, Founder of the TTYA London label is a global tastemaker and opinion former, Irene is the ultimate connector at the heart of cultural relevancy for brands and talent alike. Well respected across fashion, music & culture. Irene adds enormous flare to a number of brands across each industry.

Founder of the TTYA London label, Irene has worked with global brands including; Louis Vuitton, Apple, Burberry and has been featured in publications including I-D, Vogue, ELLE & Sunday Times Style. Irene has expanded her brand TTYA into a lifestyle offering which now encompasses; TTYA Talks, a podcast series, cultural programming for brands and events. Utilising Irene’s global network she has curated events for Wizkid, Mabel, Tiwa Savage, FKA Twigs, Halle Berry, SZA & Erykah Badu.

She continues to shake the table in her recent role Director, role and global talent agency UTA were Irene is at the forfront for cultural campaigns shaping the future for global artists such as Burner Boy + Central Cee.
