Live Book Reading
Ava in Codeland follows the story of a little girl that must use her coding skills to save her video-game home. The book presents the endless world-creating possibilities of coding and encourages little girls to enter the STEAM field. Read by Ava in Codeland co-author, Jess Hitchman.
Hands-on Guided Coding Project
Kids will learn about the principles of coding with this fun guided activity by building simple algorithms to guide Ava to her cupcake. All you need to take part is a printer and some scissors! Hosted by Tech Will Save Us Co-Founder, Daniel Hirschmann. The worksheet will be sent to you via email upon registration for the workshop!
