THE SPEAKERS

Tiwalola Ogunlesi - Is a life coach, positive psychology specialist and founder of Confident and Killing It. She started Confident and Killing It in 2018 whilst she was working at Nike Foundation. Her mission in life is to wake women up to their worth so they can be confident, unstoppable and dare to live the life they truly desire. Through engaging talks, workshops and coaching sessions she equips women with the tools they need to overcome fear and self-doubt, programme their minds for success and speak their truth. She has also delivered engaging experiences for brands such as Beauty Stack, UN Women UK, The Wing, Makers Academy and The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy to help drive deeper engagement with their communities.


Fisayo Longe - is the owner and creative director of Kai Collective; a womenswear brand described by ELLE UK as ‘transcending trends’. After three years as an accountant at KPMG, she set out to focus on building her personal brand as a fashion, travel and lifestyle content creator through which she has collaborated with brands such as Nike, Google, Lancome, Facebook and Aldo. She now teaches aspiring creative entrepreneurs how to transition from content creators to profitable entrepreneurs through her initiative, the Clan of Creatives and has shared her insight on panels at Cambridge University, Warwick University, and the Ernst & Young foundation.


Charlotte Williams - is the founder of influencer marketing agency,  SevenSix Agency. After a series of internships and apprenticeships, Charlotte started her marketing career in content marketing and events for a UK/USA based e-learning company. It was the move to WAH Nails, as their Events and Marketing Manager, under Sharmadean Reid that she felt encouraged to follow the entrepreneurial route and went freelance, eventually starting her own marketing agency. During this time Charlotte has worked with a number of high profile brands across all industries such as allplants, Boucleme, Beautystack, Label/Mix, PROPERCORN, Shopstyle and WWF to name a few.


Abadesi Osunsade - Founder of Hustle Crew. Head of Maker Outreach at Product Hunt and Co-Host Techish podcast. Abadesi was recently included in the Financial Times list of Top 100 Influential Leaders in Tech and Tech Nation’s 50 most prominent and influential voices in Tech. She graduated from the London School of Economics in 2009 and wrote for the Financial Times before joining London's tech scene. Prior to her current roles she worked in growth roles at Amazon, HotelTonight and Groupon where she was promoted after her first 8 months and helped scale her department 5X leading up to their record breaking IPO. In 2016 she published her careers advice book, Dream Big Hustle Hard: A Millennial Woman's Guide to Success in Tech which is rated 5 stars on Amazon.
