In today's VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world, resilience and adaptability is not just an accessory, but a necessity in both leaders, managers and team members.
While teamwork does indeed make the dream work, teams that aren't resilient, adaptable and synchronised are closer to being a nightmare. Resilience is key to staff engagement. A Gallup survey revealed that only 15% of employees are engaged at work. Staff who are resilient can have up to 4x more satisfaction in their jobs than their less resilient counterparts.
Whether you're a leader, manager or executive who is getting your team to embrace workplace disruption, to navigate through economic volatility or to better manage change (restructuring, transitioning, redundancies, etc), cultivating robust resilience and adaptability in both yourself and your team is a top priority. And at the end of the day, it's not the biggest or strongest that wins - it's those who are able to adapt and respond to change quickly enough and take advantage of the opportunities within the chaos. Are you ready to bring your team to the next level?
In this session, you will learn:
1. The need for resilience and adaptability
2. Gap Analysis - going from where you are to where you want your team to be
3. The team that strives together stays together - using goals to developing a winning team
4. Disruption Proofing - leveraging premortems and the art of self-disruption for organisational fortitude
