Details of the workshop:

This is a practical introduction to generate, test and implement new business model ideas with hands-on tools.

Many companies grow by investing in product innovation, such as developing new products and services, creating new features, etc. Few look into the business models as a way how the enterprise can generate new or additional revenue streams and profit.

When you look into the return on investment (ROI) of different types of innovations, investing in getting the business model right gives the highest return. In the startup world, it has been documented that the wrong business model is the #2 reason why startups fail (https://www.getautopsy.com/research/top-startup-failure-reasons)

This workshop will show you how to generate new business model ideas and how to use the methodology creatively. The workshop will also guide your thinking to improve on your current business model by combining with the most successful business models. Participants will have access to hands-on tools to generate new business model ideas. They will also have the opportunity to pitch their ideas and get feedback from the other participants and instructors during the workshop.

Finally, the participants will learn the steps on how to bring the business model to life - business ideas to business model canvas, testing and designing experiments to test the business model assumptions.

The workshop is ONLINE and will be delivered using ZOOM.
