Organised by Iconic Offices

The Covid Pandemic confronted all of us with fundamental life changes and new challenges. Now, as we approach the return to the workplace and the new normal – new challenges await.

For example

74% of companies expect to use some form of ‘hybrid’ working arrangement going forward, while 66% of us are ‘worried’ about the return to the office

Uncertainty, stress and burnout have been at an all-time high – 61% report some form of burn out.

Half of us have had our employment situation effected by the pandemic, while over 1/6 have been temporarily laid off. Also 1 in 4 employees intend to switch companies once the pandemic is over.

Join us to explore some practical and psychological strategies to help deal with the ‘new normal’. Some aspects and elements of the pandemic are out of our control – however there are psychological strategies that can help to increase happiness and reduce negative emotion.

In the workshop we’ll explore and discuss methods to:

increase wellbeing and optimism

reduce negative self-talk – and battle the inner critic

support yourself & others during this period of change.

This event is taking place live from Dublin, Ireland. Please calculate the time difference if joining from elsewhere.

This event is open to both our Iconic members and non-members.
