Why take this Power Hour?
This workshop helps you to take stock of how you’re currently managing your time and energy and teaches how to make improvements so you can be at your best for yourself, your family, your teams and beyond.
What we will explore during this Power Hour

We'll focus on some of the key challenges of working from home:
· Looking at the relationship between environment, motivation and connection
· Creating and managing your environment and boundaries
· Staying focused and organised: building a good routine and habits

This is a creative workshop where we'll use writing exercises (no experience required) and discussion to dig into these topics. This approach really helps participants connect with others and get valuable perspective and insight, which can be transformative.
