Mental de-cluttering
The Mari Kondo home decluttering method has gained a lot of popularity recently. But what about the clutter in our minds? If you feel overwhelmed, in this session we'll go through some exercises to sort out all the to-dos, priorities and challenges and leave you with a clean and tidy mind space. Phew.
Why should I take this Power Hour?
This Power Hour is for you if you feel under pressure, if you feel you're always behind on your to do list, if you spend your 'down time' worrying about the tasks ahead and going through mental lists. Simply put, if your mind feels too cluttered with projects, tasks, ideas, roles and worries, this is a lunch hour that you can dedicate to clear out and organise your mind space.
What we will explore during this Power Hour
- Overwhelm, how it's created & the impact it has on us
- How physical decluttering principles can be applied to our 'mental clutter'
- Exercises to identify our sources of overwhelm and prioritise
- Make decisions and create some new powerful habits to avoid overwhelm in the future
