MOON LANDING gives black women opportunities to explore, grow and evolve together.
This is our third gathering of awesome people. We come together, listen to great music, dance, chat and chill in a safe space of our own making. Each person in our community is doing something incredible whether that is running their own business, community initiative or surviving and thriving in a workplace that isn't set up to help us succeed.
Each event takes you away from the world you know into a new world we create where you can be your happiest and healthiest self. We want to see every black women in the UK gain the support she needs to be the best version of herself possible.
All proceeds from this event will be used to run our impact initiative Period Power Month. We're passionate about reducing the stigma and hardship women in the UK and in African countries have during and associated with periods. Our work on this has been featured in The Independent, Huffington Post, Metro and more.
This event will include a talk titled, "FINDING JOY IN THE EVERYDAY" by Bayo Adelaja.
