Start the year by focusing on what’s working well inside you in the present moment in this one hour breathing and movement workshop.

About this event
As the New Year begins it’s tempting to make resolutions to be "better" in some way - we might decide to eat better or exercise more, meditate more often or reduce our carbon footprint. These resolutions can become a stick to beat ourselves with when we lapse back into our usual behaviour.
Make time to come to this workshop and focus on what’s working well inside you in the present moment. We will move and breathe together, interested in the little voices in our heads that narrate our "self care", and perhaps see if they can become more loving and compassionate.
About your instructor Tanya Love
Tanya is a highly experienced Yoga teacher (Triyoga, Life Centre) and Hakomi practitioner (Hakomi is a powerful form of Somatic Psychotherapy). She teaches an anatomically intelligent form of Yoga that focuses on moving functionally, invoking a relaxed harmony between mind and body and a sense of ease and comfort within ourselves.
