This session is an invitation to stretch that comfort zone and have an honest look at what failure might mean to you. You will be guided to reframe traditional narratives around failure and see if you can intentionally make room for failure in your processes of creation, design and innovation. Your host for this session is Dr Alexandra Jugureanu. She is a qualitative researcher and an analyst in innovation insights at Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN). Alexandra has a PhD in happiness & wellbeing from the University of Leicester – that may or may not have been fertile ground for plenty of failure stories. Presented by Knowledge Transfer Network.
