In this session, we understand how you can define your purpose, find your power and use your profile to create a strong successful method to meet your goals. This session comments on the importance of identifying your skills, aligning them with your future plans and using digital profile presence to accelerate yourself into achieving your goals.
Learning outcomes:
● The team will discover theories and strategies to find their purpose, align values and set goals.
● There will be education on underlying mental and mindful strategies associated with having more confidence, aligning your career with your values and sharing your purpose effectively through social profiles.
● The team will leave with a greater understanding of their own strengths, key concepts to take away when feeling lower than usual, steps to build their confidence online and actions on how to implement their own power, purpose and profile to accelerate their goals.
About Sonya Barlow:
Sonya Barlow is an award winning entrepreneur, founder of the @LMFnetwork, diversity business coach and motivational speaker. Her efforts are focused on bridging the skills gap and creating inclusive cultures.
She has delivered two TEDX Talks; a handful of European keynotes; 210+ skills based-workshops, had her business-based articles published in Metro newspaper and Sifted EU and partnered with global companies such as; Google, Santander, Vodafone, Oxford University, Institute of Coding, GoCo Group, Barclays, Financial Times and PWC. In 2020, she was named as one of the Most Influential Women in Tech (Computerweekly), Winner of the Women in Software Changemakers (Makers and Google), Top 50 BAME Entrepreneurs (TechRound), Future Shaper 2020 (Marie Claire) and Forbes 30 Under 30 Shortlist runner up 2021.
In 2021, Sonya became a published author sharing her debut handbook on entrepreneurship, business & becoming your own boss titled: Unprepared to Entrepreneur.
