This is a 55-minute Beginner's level specialised Pilates class designed specifically for anyone who is new to Pilates or returned from a hiatus off the mat. This class is a total body Pilates movement and mobility class that goes through the Pilates foundations and will bring a sense of fluidity and flow to your Pilates movements. The past few months have been hard to set a routine, so allow this class be day one of your new pilates routine. Starting a new practice can be daunting, but this class will break down the Pilates moves so you can explore your own Pilates potential. We will connect with the core, decompress and mobilise tight muscles and joints in the body specialising on the hips, shoulders, necks and lower back and work on building strength gradually.

Enhance the flexibility and mobility of your body, and strengthen and tone weaker areas using carefully selected exercises that help stretch and lengthen the body. This class will leave you feeling decompressed, balanced, strengthened and lengthened from head to toe. We will finish this practice with a little guided meditation to ground and centre you after this Pilates class.

With Audrey O’Connor, Pilates Instructor and Founder of CoreState HQ.

Audrey O’Connor’s background is in Sports therapy, Rehabilitation and Personal training but Pilates became her passion. After working with an array of clients over the years ranging from strength and conditioning Ireland’s top-class athletes, Audrey furthered her studies with Polestar Pilates UK and qualified as a Polestar Pilates Practitioner, one of the world's top Pilates qualifications.
