As we move into the Spring it almost feels like a weight has been lifted as we shift our way into the brighter months, and leave the darker months behind us. The focus of this 60 minute unique class will be to move and deepen our Pilates practice with gentle movements, deep stretches, heart openers and twists that will unblock stiffness and that "stuck" feeling in the body and boost energy levels, after the winter months.

We will work on different Myofascial release techniques to stretch, release and decompress the body. After our 40 minutes of movement we will bring our focus to the manifestation technique of visualisation to set our intentions for the months ahead. We will then ease ourselves into a relaxing yoga Nidra (this will help float to sleep that evening) so you will leave rejuvenated, focused and ready to move forward on a positive note. This will be a gentle practice suitable for all levels.

About the Host:
Audrey O’Connor’s background is in Sports therapy, Rehabilitation and Personal training but Pilates became her passion. After working with an array of clients over the years ranging from strength and conditioning Ireland’s top-class athletes, Audrey furthered her studies with Polestar Pilates UK and qualified as a Polestar Pilates Practitioner, one of the world's top Pilates qualifications.
