This talk will inspire and empower you to enjoy a healthy plant food-based diet!

You might be inspired to go vegan or eat more plant-based but aren’t sure where to start, or you might have all the information and the recipes but struggle making the transition. This talk will support you by giving you the confidence to explore plant-based eating further and provide you with lots of tips, strategies and knowledge you need to enjoy eating a healthy vegan diet.

Ailis will discuss the difference between plant-based and vegan diets, dispel some common myths surrounding vegan diets, give you practical tips and ideas to help making eating this way easy. There will be time to ask any questions you might have too.

You know that eating more plants and whole foods will help you feel your best and even prevent and reverse disease. You’ve probably watched a documentary on Netflix that got you thinking. You know on one level you need to cut back on animal protein…but on the other hand you don’t know where to start.

That’s where this talk comes in! Ailis will sharing her 24 years' experience being vegan along with all the knowledge gained in her studies, to help make this decision and transition as easy as possible for you. Dr. Ailis Brosnan is a plant-based wellness expert who has 30 years' experience helping busy people create healthier lifestyles.

Vegan for 24 years Ailis is a passionate advocate of plant based nutrient dense diets. She has three degrees in the health and fitness field along with numerous certifications such as Plant-based Nutrition and Living Foods instructor.

In her spare time, she loves being active in the outdoors and setting challenges for herself such as completing an Ironman Triathlon, swimming around Garnish Island twice and cycling from one end of Ireland to the other.
