The Growth & Grace Collective presents a Power Hour: Celebrating Those (small but) Badass Wins in collaboration with Sisu Socks!
We will welcome, Andrea Babić, a Berlin-based founder of Sisu Socks to give an intimate workshop on looking for worth from people/productivity and how to celebrating wins.
We usually discuss startups in terms of numbers and dollar signs, but ignore the most important thing powering the business – people. Rather than ignoring the human element of entrepreneurship, let’s take some time to discuss the emotions involved with running a business.
This workshop will provide a space for badass women (yes, queen, that includes YOU) to share their experiences with self-love in both their careers and personal lives. Too often we seek validation from people and productivity rather than ourselves. We’ll engage in an open conversation about separating our self-worth from the state of our business and cultivating confidence from within.
With so many ups and downs of running a business, it’s easy to focus on the low points. We’ll discuss how to identify big and small milestones, share personal #winning stories, and leave with tools for dealing with "failure". Give yourself the high-five you deserve and join in this conversation on celebrating self-love for entrepreneurs.

Workshop Goals

By the end of this workshop, you’ll recognise the relationship between emotions and entrepreneurship by swapping experiences with other empowered career women. You will learn to reevaluate how your determine your self-worth and leave with the confidence to celebrate your wins - no matter how small they may seem.
