We are back and we are bigger! And in REAL life! RISE 2022 is community-led and for the next generation of creative and marketing leaders. It’s a top-down, grass-roots up cyclical movement to clear the pathways to leadership. This way ALL voices can influence culture, creative, campaigns and communities.

All change-makers are welcome.

Yes, we believe we're now at 24% for female creative directors (data to come from LinkedIn). It's about 14% for Design Directors.

There is significant work to do across intersectional lines, with only three Muslim creative directors within agencies.
