About Own Your Awkward:

How to have better and braver conversations about our mental health.

Let’s be honest it can be really awkward talking about our mental health. Whether you’re offering someone support or looking for ways to help yourself, these conversations can feel difficult, embarrassing and complex.

This book explores why we feel awkward and shares how to own our awkward and have more courageous conversations about our mental health.

Please donate to The House of St Barnabas Appeal:

London continues to be one of the richest cities in the world. And yet in this great city right now there are 180,000 people experiencing homelessness, who do not have a safe place to call home.

Please donate to our appeal to raise £50,000 to help support people experiencing homelessness to find and keep work.
