Sharing Collections: the future of borrowing and lending, is a free webinar series that explores the journey of borrowing loan objects and exhibition planning. Across five sessions, a panel of professionals working across the arts sector in the UK today, will tackle topics that include how to plan and research for that special loan object or exhibition, how to make your case for support, the importance of marketing and promoting your project and how to get ready for a loan object. The final session will explore a wide range of topics that the UK museum and gallery sector are facing today, and what the future might look like for lending and borrowing as a result.

The series is closely associated with the Weston Loan Programme with Art Fund, which provides grants to museums and galleries to help realise their ambitious loan project. For more information please visit artfund.org/supporting-museums/programmes/weston-loan-programme.

The live events will take place online from 2-3pm on 25 March, 1 April, 22 April, 29 April and 6 May, but will also be available to watch on demand after the series has ended.
