The SIC TIC is coming in 2022! We are building an accreditation for companies to really deep dive into accessibility and inclusion in the workplace and what they should be held accountable for. From job ads and interviewing to work culture, leadership and continuous learning beyond the basic accessibility and inclusion policies. We want to hear from you to help us develop a robust and deeper understanding as to what we should be challenging companies to do… Let’s bring together the power of our Think Tank to start creating change.
All attendees will receive a FREE research summary, full of contemporary, leading research on disability and the workplace from sources and organisations across the UK, all in one document for your ease of reference and written in a way that is accessible for all levels of understanding. Discussions within the disabled community should be accessible for all— this is why we have the option to attend this event free of charge. However, any contribution made through supporting our paid ticket tiers would be massively appreciated.
