For experienced consultants wanting to take their desks to the next level, this course provides all the tools needed to identify the best opportunities and develop a quarterly business plan that will both support growth of new business and maximise opportunities from current clients. 
Each workshop is led by a highly skilled trainer and is delivered over two days using Zoom Video conferencing, or, in the case of face-to-face training, a one-day training centre-based session.
