Hybrid work environments have forced teams to piece together a patchwork of solutions from instant messaging to video conferencing, traditional email, and everything in between. The dream? Calendars with open time for focused work and meeting time that feels legitimately productive.

In this webinar, InVision Freehand, Loom, and Whereby will share how they balance synchronous and asynchronous communication. They’ll discuss how to know when a live video call is best, tactics for using that live time effectively, and when asynchronous videos or digital whiteboards can give people time back to get more done without losing team connection. Attendees will learn why modern work isn’t about “live vs. recorded” — it’s about using the right solution at the right time to work better, together.

In this session, you will learn:
  • How to leverage synchronous and asynchronous solutions — or both at the same time — to stay connected in remote and hybrid work environments.
  • Best practices for ensuring synchronous meetings are equally productive for everyone involved.
  • How asynchronous communication can free up more time to ship projects faster.

Registrants will receive an email from Invision with a link to the recording the day after the official event date for on-demand access.

Speakers:
  • Stephanie Mencarelli, VP, Design, InVision
  • James Ferguson, Director of Product Design and Research, Whereby
  • Christina White, Sr. Director, Head of Product Design & Research, Loom
