Based in East London and driven by a constant curiosity of their surroundings Brik brings a new meaning to eye candy, tasting as intriguing as it looks.
Roll up your sleeves and join the Brik team for a three stage event and a fully immersive tasting and chocolate making experience at the Wolf & Badger Coal Drops Yard store. Learn about the art and design of chocolate making, where chocolate comes from and taste your way through a variety of single origin chocolates. Step behind the scenes of Brik, one the most loved food design companies and learn how to make your own colourful terrazzo and marble.
During the one and a half hour workshop you will learn tempering techniques, colour making and pairing, texture and chocolate tile making. The session is designed to be a fun yet informative introduction to the fascinating world of chocolate.
